Glamping village FAQs

Is anything bookable yet?

No. Both villages are in planning for the 2027 season, so there is no checkout and no deposit to pay. Joining the waiting list by email costs nothing and only reserves your place in the queue when booking opens, we will email you the confirmed prices, dates and terms before asking for any money.

Who actually runs the villages?

Events We Can Help is planning and will operate them. The site operator, landowner and the festival's own approval are still being finalised, so treat every detail on this page as provisional. We are not the organiser of Silverstone or Glastonbury and a listing here is not a partnership with them unless we say so explicitly.

What is included in the price shown?

The 'from' price covers the dome itself for the weekend on a two-sharing basis, plus the shared facilities listed for that village. It does not include your festival or event ticket, travel, parking or food unless a specific item says so. Final inclusions will be confirmed in the booking terms.

Do I still need a festival ticket?

Yes. Glamping is accommodation only. You buy your event ticket from the official organiser or their appointed ticket seller as normal, and we check it against your glamping booking at check-in.

What about security and access?

The plan is a wristband-only village with stewarding through the night and lit paths between the domes and the facilities. Exact staffing levels and access arrangements have to be signed off by the venue's safety team before we publish them as final.

Is there power and charging?

Each dome is planned with lighting and low-power charging for phones. High-draw appliances such as hairdryers, heaters and kettles will not be allowed in the domes for fire-safety reasons; shared charging and vanity areas cover that instead.

Accessibility

We are designing for step-free access to a number of domes, accessible showers and toilets, and parking close to the village. Tell us what you need when you join the waiting list and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it before you book.

Cancellations and refunds

The full cancellation policy is published with the booking terms when sales open. Our commitment now: if a village does not go ahead, anyone who has paid us gets a full refund of what they paid us, and we will email you as soon as we know. We cannot refund festival tickets or travel bought elsewhere.

Can I book as a group?

Yes, group pitches sit next to each other where the layout allows. Email us with your group size when you join the waiting list so we can hold enough neighbouring domes.
