Student Discount Membership

If you buy a membership we collect your name, email address, phone number, the university or college you tell us, your payment reference, how you found us (including advert campaign details), your discount usage, and whether you agreed to marketing emails. We use this to issue your membership number and card, to send your welcome email, to apply your discounts, and to answer your questions.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

We keep membership records until your membership expires plus one year, then delete them. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email hello@eventswecanhelp.co.uk and we will action it within 30 days.

Marketing emails are optional and never a condition of membership. You can opt out at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.

What we collect

We do not require an account. Saved festivals and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device and are never sent to us.

Emails you send us

Our contact and alert forms open your own email app and send a message to hello@eventswecanhelp.co.uk. We use that email only to reply to you or to send the alerts you asked for, and we never sell it.

Cookies

We use essential storage only. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.

Third-party links

Ticket links take you to official festival websites which have their own privacy policies. Some outbound links may be affiliate or sponsored links; these are labelled.
